1. Username Format

Your username consists of your Pension Type (S for Superannuation / F for Family) followed by your 5-digit PPO NO with leading zeros.

Username Examples:

PPO NO 123 (Superannuation): S00123

PPO NO 123 (Family Pension): F00123

PPO NO 1234 (Superannuation): S01234

PPO NO 6789 (Family Pension): F06789

PPO NO 12345 (Superannuation): S12345

2. Password

Enter your password as communicated by the Pension Section. Please use the exact password that was provided to you by the Pension Office.

3. CAPTCHA Verification

Solve the simple mathematical equation displayed and enter the answer for security verification. Click on the captcha box to generate a new one if needed.
